Billing
Your Billing page shows invoices issued by an L3 admin after services are rendered. Net 15 is the suggested term; review the explicit due date shown on each invoice. Drafts under internal review are not visible. Each invoice shows its service period, due date, total and service charges; new invoices also identify individual service dates.
Past-due warnings use the remaining unpaid balance of confirmed issued invoices. The due date stays on time through the end of that day in UTC. New booking, swap and schedule-change requests are blocked only while a positive balance remains beyond the configured grace period (by default, strictly more than 30 days past due). This does not change existing placement states; pause and offboard requests remain available for review.
Mercury emails the invoice to your billing contact, and L3 sends a separate email with the same Mercury payment link. These refer to one invoice, not two charges. Open that link, or the Mercury link in Billing, and follow the bank-transfer instructions to pay. An admin verifies the incoming payment and records collection; payment status does not update from an automatic bank debit or webhook. Contact L3 if a payment you made has not yet been recorded.
There are no upfront charges or forward credits in the current workflow. Before issuance, an admin can reduce or restore a charge up to its agreed amount with a recorded reason. Issued charges cannot be silently edited. Raise disputed charges with L3 so the original record and resolution can both be preserved.
Historical invoices retain their original Mercury links and historical adjustments. These do not enable automatic payments. CSV export remains available from Billing.
