Placement reservations

Open Placement reservations from your sidebar. A Reserved placement holds capacity while its applicable agreement is reviewed. Its planned days are not authorized service and do not create invoices or payables.

Contractors review the service window, planned days and exact agreement presented with the reservation. Accept placement and authorize future service becomes available only when the required review is complete and the applicable agreement is available. Direct contractor placements remain reserved when their direct agreement is unavailable; contact your L3 administrator before starting.

If an agreement is awaiting approval, the page says so. A reservation is not permission to start while that status remains.

A missed start date does not silently authorize past service. An L3 administrator reviews the reservation and any reports of already performed work, then proposes a future service window. The client explicitly reviews and accepts the updated window, shown Master Client Services Agreement and Placement Order, followed by the contractor’s acceptance. Earlier agreement records remain in the archive. The administrator cannot accept on the contractor’s behalf.

Each participant sees only the pricing or compensation applicable to their role. The reservation review preserves the platform’s existing privacy boundaries.

A replacement reservation also needs an audited L3 admin handoff review. That review records the original final service day and preserves the replacement’s client-confirmed start; it does not immediately change either placement’s service authority. The replacement contractor’s acknowledgment applies the reviewed handoff and authorizes the exact new service window together. A stale or missing review must be resolved before starting.

The assigned contractor can use Report work performed to record a date and description for administrator review, including when a new agreement is pending. This creates a report for reconciliation. It does not automatically create or deny payment and does not give up an earned claim.

Administrators and the assigned contractor can read detailed work reports. For prospective reservations, client and vendor views show the recorded report count and status instead of raw report text. Each role can separately review its entitled financial records and permitted evidence. Ordinary schedule work logs and weekly summaries remain separate from these reports.

An administrator can cancel reserved capacity with a recorded reason. Cancellation preserves reports and existing earned obligations.

While updated terms or an earlier agreement are pending, use View your financial records without accepting for your own issued invoices or payment records and available private receipts. Reading them does not accept terms or authorize financial changes. Back to agreement review or account returns to the pending review. Your previously accepted agreements remain available under Agreements.

Existing placements retain their earlier service history. A new reservation review does not retroactively replace an accepted master agreement or erase completed service.
